Market Update - 5.19.21

Sellers started to show up in April in the Lake Chelan Real Estate Market.  The month saw a healthy 51 new residential listings.  The new homes were snatched up quickly as shown in 28 pending sales and a drop in Days on Market to 5 DOM. (See graphs below)

Homes that are priced soundly are typically met with multiple offers.  The flexible work-structures introduced through COVID are driving buyers to Chelan along with the traditional demand for second homes.  

Advice to Sellers:  Now is the time to sell if you have been considering a move.   This is an unprecedented market.

To Buyers: Get ready for a hyper-competitive market.  Be prepared to come in over asking.  Bring cash.
